Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp MSG with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
